PRODUCT SPOTLIGHT
Holga 120 cameras have a near fanatical following among college photography students and artists. The all plastic 120 film camera is a study in imperfection and freedom from dependence on technology, precision, and ultra sharpness. The individual camera flaws accompanied by the photographer's creative choices result in "a quasi-serendipitous form of art". "To use a Holga is to utterly change the terms of reference most people use to interpret photography." Pretty heady stuff for a plastic camera.

We spotlight Holga because they once more thumb their nose at convention- their "Holgawood Collection" is a brand new series featuring ten "exciting" colors including "Pretty In Pink", "Blooze Brothers", "Casablanco", "Oscar Gold", et al. Each of these less-than-$50-cameras has a personality of its own. More than one person has purchased a set of all ten colors.

Our Holga camera price includes a roll of Ilford 120 XP2 black and white chromogenic film with film processing. Later in the school year we will add even more Holga products including twin lens 120 cameras and 3D Stereo 120 cameras.

NEW REPAIR SERVICE
Cameras Brookwood now handles repair for most cameras, lenses and accessories. Most repairs can be accomplished within two weeks at resonably reasonable prices. It is far more efficient for us to give a repair quote over the phone based on your description of the problem. If you wish to bring the quipment and leave it "for us to look at", then an additional evaluation charge will be incurred.
